Legend Race Car Cody
gets ready to go racing in the 600 Racing series in 2009..

12/26/08 ---Pictured above Cody in his
new Legend car before we started taking in apart to paint, go thru the brakes,
motor, moving the seat. Stay tune soon for pictures of Cody's Legend Car once
it's completely rebuilt.
My father and I received our legend car last
weekend and we are very excited for the experience and the new people we will
meet along the way. For me personally I'm excited and can't wait to strap into
the 125 + horse power beast and take it around the track. I think legend racing
is going to be a great step up from karts and I'll probably learn a lot. And as
far as my car goes you are not going to lose this car on the race track its
going to have a sweet paint job all thanks to my father Don Johnson. My father
and I would like to thank everyone who's helped us in karting and helped me
where I've gotten today.
The legend car that my father and I received
last weekend is a 1934 Ford sedan with a 1250 sealed Yamaha race engine it has
a Butler Built race seat in it with head rest. This car is capable of speeds of
140 + mph. My car is in good condition it was second only to Nascar driver Joey
Logono in the Nationals.
Sincerely, Cody Johnson |
