Cody Johnson Racing
Welcome to Cody Johnson Racing, cyber space home of the 2008 Florida State WKA champion. Cody started racing karts in 2004 and has sense progressed to racing Legend cars in 2009. In 2010 Cody will be racing here on the Florida tracks in his new Modified Mini; his first full size race car pictured below.
Cody is a Jr in High School this year (A/B honor role) and works part time at Ocala Gran Prix as a tuner for their race team. We’ll keep you posted through out the 2010 racing year on his results here on his web site.

11/09 Update...
The new Legends motor we just had rebuilt with only about 40 laps on it blow up at Auburndale Speedway during Legends Tour race. The motor builder blamed the guy who built the carburetors; the guy who rebuilt the carburetors blamed the motor builder. I couldn't believe it we have had nothing but motor problems sense starting with the Legend Cars. We've had enough and wish the good folks we met over the last year racing Legends cars all the best. Cody will be racing Modified Mini in 2010 starting in Jan. with a very solid car and a brand new motor. Stay tune for updates as we put the finishing touches on Cody's new Modified Mini car.
New Sponsor...
Safe Racer.Com recently set up their first sponsorship program and sent out and e-mail requesting applications. Cody prepared a racing resume and sent it to SafeRacer.Com in hopes he might be selected. SafeRacer.Com received over 1000’s resumes from drivers from just about every form of motor sports racing.
